The award for best hotel chatbot, a testament to Asksuite’s commitment to excellence, was determined based on comprehensive data analysis and reviews from thousands of verified hoteliers globally.

The 2024 victory is particularly significant, marked by 624 positive reviews from verified hoteliers, with an incredible customer recommendation rate of 98%. But the accolades don’t stop there. With these numbers, Asksuite maintains its 2023 position highlighting 5th place in the Hoteliers Choice Awards, which recognizes the top 10 global hotel tech companies preferred by hoteliers.

Asksuite also won the #1 Best Place to Work award among all global hotel tech companies, based on more than 130 employee reviews, proving that not only its product but its team and culture are top-notch. 

Asksuite just reached 1 billion messages exchanged with travelers since March 2018, when the company was founded.
