Hotel Villa Huapi is a residential and tourist complex located in Argentina, surrounded by the natural beauty of Patagonia, offering a variety of activities for guests year-round.

The Challenge:
The hotel faced difficulties maintaining contact with travelers who requested quotes and converting more of these inquiries into confirmed reservations. Manually following up with each request consumed considerable time, preventing the team from also focusing on guest service.

The Solution:
By implementing AskFlow, Villa Huapi automated its reservation follow-up, automatically sending over 300 messages in one month according to rules defined by the hotel. The solution was customized to send a WhatsApp message 6 hours after a traveler requested a quote and did not complete the reservation. The workflow is carried out as follows:
