The truth is, there’s a lot of untracked revenue potential hidden within hotels’, resorts’, and hotel chains’ communication channels. How many inquiries are handled per channel? How many quotes are sent? And how many actually convert?

With the new Sales Performance Dashboard from Asksuite, you can monitor it all in one place—with detailed, easy-to-analyze data segmented by interaction type, giving you even more clarity for decision-making.

This new feature was designed for reservation, marketing, and revenue managers who want to make more strategic decisions based on real data from their communication funnel. Read on to discover how this tool can enhance your operation.

Asksuite’s Sales Performance Dashboard: A Full Overview of Your Hotel’s Booking Operation

The new Sales Performance Dashboard is divided into three tabs within the Asksuite platform menu:

  1. Overall Performance: This tab compiles data from both human agents and AI—showing total interactions, opportunities (quotes sent), bookings made, and revenue generated. There are two charts: one segmented by hotel/company and the other by communication channel. Available filters include: date range, company, channels, and tags.

    Powerful feature: The tag filter gives hotels visibility into the performance of specific campaigns. For example, if a WhatsApp marketing campaign is tagged “Christmas Promo,” you’ll see the full funnel data—interactions, quotes, bookings, and revenue—related to that campaign.

  2. Agent Performance: This tab focuses exclusively on human agents. It includes comparative tables between agents, between companies (based only on human agent performance), and by channel (analyzing human interactions per channel).
  3. AI Performance: This tab shows the impact of AI on service and sales. It includes new metrics such as interaction volume during and outside business hours, number of quotes sent, and bookings made by the AI.

    Important: This table shows the total amount of opportunities sent in AI-generated quotes. By subtracting the amount already converted into bookings by the AI, you’ll see the remaining potential available on the platform—an amount your reservations team can follow up on. This can be done manually or automated via WhatsApp using AskFlow. After all, in addition to answering FAQs and closing bookings automatically, AI generates a high volume of qualified leads for your team to pursue.

Seamless Integration with Your Booking Engine

Whenever a quote is sent through the Asksuite platform—by either a human agent or the AI—and the traveler completes the booking (recorded in the booking engine), the Sales Performance Dashboard is updated automatically. Most major booking engines are already integrated with Asksuite.

1. Real-time metrics to foster a sales-driven culture

View the results from the last few minutes, today, this week, or last month—for both your human team and your AI. The Sales Performance Dashboard was built to process large volumes of data quickly. With this real-time visibility, you can set goals, launch incentive programs, compare team performance, and keep everyone motivated and focused on results.

Now it’s easy to periodically report performance to leadership and investors—with clarity and speed.

2. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities

With detailed conversion funnels, you can pinpoint critical gaps. Here are some common examples in hotel operations:

  • Channel performance bottlenecks: For instance, your Instagram inbox might be underperforming due to a lack of human follow-up on leads.
  • Conversion issues: With agent-specific data, you can identify performance issues, retrain underperforming agents, or fine-tune sales pitches, urgency triggers, promotions, and discount policies.

    Note: Human agents typically convert better due to empathy and negotiation flexibility. That’s why having your team follow up on leads not converted by AI is a powerful strategy. Many human agents close more deals by jumping in during an AI-initiated interaction.
  • Workload imbalance: Use this data to detect over or under-utilization. An agent can typically handle 600+ inquiries/month—especially with AI support. With this insight, you may not need to scale up during high season.
  • Lack of follow-up: Asksuite has numerous success cases showing that structured follow-ups significantly increase conversion rates. Low conversion could be linked to missing follow-ups, so it’s strongly recommended to automate this step with AskFlow.
