Artificial intelligence helps hotels answer travelers’ questions and share information about services, policies and stay conditions. For that service to be consistent, the content the AI relies on needs to be aligned.
Imagine that one page on your hotel’s website says check-in starts at 2 PM, while another document says 3 PM. When Sophia finds these conflicting details, she may struggle to give the traveler a consistent answer.

To make these situations easier to spot, Asksuite is launching the Content Conflict Auditor. This feature helps your team find possible contradictions and focus the necessary reviews faster.
Why spot content conflicts?
Keeping information up to date can be a challenge when your hotel uses different documents, pages and sources to serve travelers.
A policy may change without every related material being updated. Different teams may also record different guidelines on the same subject.
These inconsistencies can confuse travelers, require extra confirmations and add to your team’s workload. That is why spotting contradictory information is an important step to keep content aligned and support consistent AI answers.
How does the Content Conflict Auditor work?
Available in the Asksuite AI Studio, the Auditor helps you spot possible conflicts between the content excerpts Sophia uses during conversations.
Here is how it works:
1. Spot possible contradictions
During conversations, the feature flags possible conflicts between the information Sophia consults to answer travelers.
2. Check the conflict details
Records are available under AI Studio → Analytics → Conflicts. You can see why the conflict was flagged, the content involved, the excerpts identified and the related conversations.
3. Review and fix the information
With the details at hand, your team can analyze the inconsistency, check which information needs to change and fix the source content. After the review, you can mark the conflict as resolved and publish the change.
You can track records by status: Pending, Resolved or Ignored. This keeps the review process organized.

Keep in mind that the Auditor flags possible conflicts but does not fix content automatically. Analysis and editing remain the hotel team’s responsibility. The feature also looks at the excerpts Sophia uses in conversations, not the entire knowledge base at once.
What are the benefits for your hotel?
With the Content Conflict Auditor, your team gets more visibility into the inconsistencies that need attention and can better focus its review work.
The main benefits include:
- Spot inconsistencies faster: find possible contradictions without manually searching through different materials.
- More aligned information: review content that gives different guidance on the same subject.
- More organized reviews: track pending conflicts and the progress of each fix.
- A more efficient team: focus efforts on the content that needs to be analyzed and updated.
These benefits matter most for hotels that work with several information sources and often update their policies, services and stay conditions.
Best practices to keep content aligned
Beyond spotting conflicts, a few practices help keep your hotel information consistent over time:
- Assign owners for updates: decide who reviews each type of information, such as policies, schedules and services.
- Update every related source: when you change a piece of information, check whether other documents and pages Sophia uses also need updating.
- Prioritize what matters most to travelers: pay special attention to check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, rates and available services.
- Follow up on flagged conflicts: regularly review pending records in the Auditor and track each fix until it is resolved.
- Keep a review routine: check your content regularly to reduce the risk of outdated or contradictory information.
Tip: if a piece of content is synced with a URL, make the change directly at the original source to keep the information up to date.
How to access the Content Conflict Auditor
The Auditor is available under AI Studio → Analytics → Conflicts.
